Beginning Sunday, June 14th, Ann Bustard will offer a study of If there’s anything I can do: What you can do when serious illness strikes by Josephine Hicks. This is a down-to-earth and very practical guide for anyone affected by serious illness, especially care-givers of loved ones.
The book is full of pragmatic tips and techniques for care-givers, patients, family and friends. The information will enable them to act in the most helpful and loving ways possible. There is excellent advice about what you can say and what you should not say to patients and care-givers.
Because of social distancing, there will only be eight in-person spaces available. These spaces are reserved for those without online video conferencing availability. Please call the Ann (252.670.7772) to sign up if you wish to be included. The class will be available via Zoom for discussion and recorded for future viewing. Hand-outs will be available in person & online.
